At The Board & Brew, we want to ensure you have the best experience possible. Our refund policy is as follows: Game Rental: Refunds can be issued for rentals within 24 hours of the rental period. No refunds for rentals after the period ends. Event Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be refunded 50%. General Bookings: Bookings can be refunded or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. No Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation.
